What is a WellMind Champion?
A WellMind Champion is someone who takes action for mental health—by reflecting on their own wellness, moving toward healthier habits, and sharing compassion and support with others. When one person takes action, it inspires another to do the same. Join us and champion mental health awareness across our region!
When should you reach out for help?
Mental health includes our emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual well-being. It impacts how we think, feel, relate to others, and manage life’s ups and downs. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to reach out for help. Signs you might benefit from support include:

Trouble sleeping or excessive fatigue

Feeling constantly overwhelmed or disconnected

Struggling with anxiety, sadness, or anger

Withdrawing from people or activities you used to enjoy

Feeling like you’re “just surviving” each day

- Tell us about you. Just a few questions to get us started.
- The next business day we’ll call you with appointment time options and get you set up with the Emerald App.
- You’ll fill out some forms that give us permission to talk with you and bill your insurance (if applicable).
- A few minutes before your first appointment you’ll open the Emerald App, click “Begin Telehealth”, choose your scheduled provider and you’re ready to go! This first appointment is called an intake where we’re able to get more information about your needs and ensure you’re receiving all of the care you need as you navigate life.

Emerald Therapy Center is a Kentucky based, woman-owned, family run healthcare group. We offer therapy services to all Kentucky residents, as well as psychiatry and targeted case management. With in-person Kentucky facilities and telehealth options, we are equipped to serve children, teens and adults.
We offer affordable self-pay rates, accept most commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid. We strive to remove barriers to your access to therapy services.
